What are cookies

Finally, the user has the right to object in whole or in part:

to the processing of personal data concerning him/her for the purpose of sending advertising or direct marketing material or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.

Hypotheses of exclusion of consent
Pursuant to Legislative Decree 196/2003, Be bibi may process the user’s personal data without requesting his/her consent when this is necessary to fulfill a legal obligation or when it is necessary to execute the obligations contractually undertaken towards him/her.

Be bibi takes appropriate security measures in order to minimize the risks of destruction or loss – even accidental – of data, unauthorized access or processing that is not permitted or not in accordance with the purposes of collection set out in this Privacy Policy.
However, Be bibi cannot guarantee its users that the measures taken for the security of the site and the transmission of data and information on the site limit or exclude any risk of unauthorized access or dispersion of data by devices pertaining to the user.
